Yes, we have reliable electricity and hot water. Zambia does experience occasional load-shedding (scheduled power cuts), but these are typically brief and we have backup options. Hot water is always available.

Yes, the property is fully fenced with 24/7 security. We live on-site, and the Highlands neighborhood is a quiet, safe residential area. Free private parking is available within the secure compound.

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. The Apartment is particularly suitable for families. The property has a garden for kids to play in, though it’s not fenced for very young children — please supervise accordingly.

Yes, late arrivals are no problem. Just let us know your expected arrival time and we’ll make sure someone is available to welcome you. We can arrange airport transfers if needed.

For direct bookings, we offer flexible cancellation: cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. For bookings via Airbnb or VRBO, their respective cancellation policies apply. We understand travel plans can change — just communicate with us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
